There has already been some talk about communication with customers and clients on social networks. But that is far from all. Today, everyone wants to keep their client and customer, after all, they are people without whom the business would not function.
It is therefore important in one’s own interest to maintain regular contact and to bring new and new things to the cooperation. A virtual assistant can take care of everything. Whether it is telephone or e-mail support, online customer support, managing company e-mail or creating newsletters, finding new customers and handling complaints.
7. Human resources
